BENEFITS:

Cumin seeds, coriander seeds and fennel seeds have great detoxing and anti-bloating properties. They help with reducing water weight and also reduce acidity. This does a great job in reducing bloating. These seeds are great for reducing body acne and skin inflammations.

Mint leaves are anti-inflammatory and reduce gas in the tummy. Mint leaves also detoxes the intestines and keeps you healthy.

RECIPE FOR DETOX WATER TO REMOVE BLOATED BELLY:

Things you need-

  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
  • 2 tablespoons dried/fresh mint leaves

Directions-

In a jar, add water. Add in all the seeds one after the other.

DRIED MINT LEAVES

Add in mint leaves and let it infuse overnight. Strain the liquid the next morning and sip this water throughout the day.
