Cumin seeds, coriander seeds and fennel seeds have great detoxing and anti-bloating properties. They help with reducing water weight and also reduce acidity. This does a great job in reducing bloating. These seeds are great for reducing body acne and skin inflammations.
Mint leaves are anti-inflammatory and reduce gas in the tummy. Mint leaves also detoxes the intestines and keeps you healthy.
RECIPE FOR DETOX WATER TO REMOVE BLOATED BELLY:
Things you need-
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
- 2 tablespoons dried/fresh mint leaves
Directions-
In a jar, add water. Add in all the seeds one after the other.
