Ginger- Ginger helps speed up metabolism; reduce fat deposits and burn fat too. It also helps supress appetite that prevents you from binge eating.

Turmeric- Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory and detoxing ingredient. It helps speed up metabolism, keep tummy healthy and prevent fat deposits especially in the tummy area.

RECIPE FOR FAT BURNING CINNAMON DETOX WATER:

Things you need-

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 inch ginger root, sliced
  • 2 inch turmeric root, sliced
  • 2-3 cups of water
  • Honey

Directions-

In a mason jar or serving glass, add ginger root and turmeric root sliced. Add in cinnamon powder and pour water.

Give it a quick stir and let the water infuse overnight. Sip it throughout the day.
