Ingredients required:
- Lemon oil- 1 drop

Acne essential oil remedy: What will you do if you see a sudden bout of acne on your face? Essential oils can be your best friend during such times! Essential oil has the power to purify the pores and maintain a healthy skin if used regularly. The essential oil that helps with acne is tea tree oil. Tea tree oil is similar to the effect of benzoyl peroxide when it comes to acne. You can apply a few drops of diluted tea tree oil directly on your acne and massage it on the area. Do it 3 times a day if you have severe acne issue. If you do not get tea tree oil then geranium oil is also a good substitute, as it has the properties that will help us to maintain a healthy skin.
PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome) and Menstrual Cramps Relief: Essential oils are excellent remedy for PMS. PMS is one of the common conditions that affect women. It is basically due to fluctuation of hormones that happens during a women’s monthly cycle. PMS generally sets in from 10 to 14 days prior to menstruation. Mood swings, headache, fatigue, abdominal bloating etc. are some of the symptoms. Essential oils like lavender and peppermint oil mixed with coconut oil should be rubbed on the abdomen for calming down the symptoms.
Cold or flu steam: You also can boil a pot of water, add four or five drops of oil to the boiled water, cover your head with a towel and, while holding your head over the liquid, let the steam enter your sinuses and lungs. Breathing the oil into your sinuses and lungs can help prevent or alleviate the mucus buildup from a cold or a cough.
Headache cure: Mix a small amount of peppermint oil to a carrier oil, dab on templates, neck and sinuses to cure headache.
Cold Sore Remedy: Stop cold sore outbreaks by applying essential oils. Dilute lemon or tea tree essential oil and dab it on the cold sore.
Feet softener: Tea tree oil is a natural antiseptic and antibacterial, offering a natural and inexpensive method for removing a callus. Dilute it with olive oil and massage it into the area.
Toothache: For temporary pain relief, mix 2 drops of clove essential oil with 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil, saturate a cotton ball with the mixture and place it beside the tooth.
Constipation: Essential oil improves the health of your colon in general by supporting the intestinal flora; it fights the infections and eliminates the parasites. Apart from that it stimulates motility and peristalsis.
Peppermint tea is the best essential oil remedy for constipation. Mix 2-3 drops of peppermint along with one quarter to one half of a teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil in a container or mug. Then add hot water and a bit of honey to sweeten it. This is an awesome recipe for constipation.
