Things you need-

  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger root
  • 2-3 peppercorns
  • 1/2 inch fresh turmeric root
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup warm filtered water
  • 2-3 teaspoon of honey

Grab a mortar pestle and add in ginger root, turmeric root, honey, peppercorns and lemon juice. Make a fine paste.

Add the prepared paste in a serving glass and pour in 1 cup of orange juice and 1 cup of warm filtered water.
