Things you need-
- ½ tablespoon parsley juice
- Pinch of salt
- Sweetener
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup cold water
Directions-
In a mason jar or serving glass, add parsley juice ( Grind fresh organic parsley with little water and strain to get the juice) salt and lemon.
Add in cold water and stir. Add in any sweetener you like and tada! your parsley lemonade is ready!
Caution – Large amounts of parsley should not be consumed by pregnant women or if you on medication, consult your physicians before incorporating parsley in your diet.
