QUICK TIP: Relaxing Bath – Essential oil

Essential oilCreate a relaxing bath by adding a drop or two of lavender oil or any other essential oil of your choice to your bath water to indulge in an at home spa experience. The aromatherapy bath will relax your mind and body and also give you a good nights sleep.

 

For a soft, smooth skin during winter:

* Fill your bathtub with warm water.

* Add 2 cups of coconut milk and few drops of lavender essential oil.

* Soak in for 5-10mins to hydrated and moisturize the skin.
