Here are some simple ways to get white teeth overnight:

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR MOUTHWASH

Apple cider vinegar can be rubbed on the teeth before bedtime without rinsing it off. Make sure you either dilute it with coconut oil before using. Combine one part of apple cider vinegar with two parts of water. Use the solution to swish around for around two minutes. You can also use it as a mouth rinse after your regular oral care.

LEMON MOUTHWASH

Take half glass of water. Squeeze half lemon in it. Stir well. Use this solution to gargle. Repeat using the remedy once or twice a week.

Note: Do not practice this remedy more than twice a week. Avoid direct use of lemon on teeth; otherwise, it may damage your teeth.

SALT MOUTHWASH

Add 2 teaspoon of salt in a glass of lukewarm water and rinse your mouth with it. Do this before bedtime. This will cleanse your mouth of bacterial infections, reduce sensitivity and whiten teeth gradually.

Activated charcoal is long known for teeth whitening. In fact, many Indian women use it to brush their teeth! Add charcoal in coconut oil or aloe vera and apply it on teeth before bedtime. You can also make a water and charcoal solution and use it to swish it around the mouth, spit and sleep without rinsing it off.

COCONUT OIL MOUTHWASH

Coconut oil is a well-known teeth whitening ingredient and is already used by many before bedtime. Either try oil pulling at night (after brushing) and sleep without rinsing it off; of course after spitting. You can also simply apply the coconut oil on your teeth before sleeping.

  • Take one tablespoon of coconut oil and put it in your mouth.
  • Swish and swirl it inside your mouth, making sure to cover every corner.
  • Pull the oil through the teeth for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Make sure you do not swallow it.
  • Rinse with simple water and follow with brushing.
  • Follow this remedy every day and soon you will see the noticeable results.

 

TURMERIC MOUTHWASH
