Aloe vera can help reduce hair breakage and stimulate the hair follicles to promote hair growth by contributing to cell turnover which is a natural process that involves the constant shedding of dead skin cells and the replacement of it with younger skin cells, over a period of time. It can also help increase hair shine and give your hair a natural glow.
Aloe vera can calm and ease itchiness on the scalp, especially for people with dandruff. It can reduce the itchiness and flaking of the skin under your hair, as it has anti-inflammatory properties and can also reduce scalp inflammation caused by dandruff. It can help promote hair growth as it helps cleanse and nourish the scalp.
Rose water:
Rose water can nourish the scalp and promote hair growth by stimulating the hair follicles and promoting the hair growth phase as rose petals contain phytonutrients. It acts as an astringent, as rose water has mild astringent properties, it can be beneficial to people with greasy/oily hair as it can help reduce the oiliness of the scalp and hair.
It can help reduce hair dryness and hair frizz as it acts as a natural hair moisturizer and makes the hair more manageable and gives the hair a better shine. Rose water can also help reduce dandruff ad treat certain scalp conditions as it has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Vitamin E:
Vitamin E oil is one that is rich in antioxidants and can fight all sorts of hair damage, from dryness; to premature signs of ageing like greying, hair breakage, split ends etc. It can help promote better blood circulation in the scalp and increase hair growth by stimulating the hair follicles.
