A simple recipe is a combination of 1-cup of warm, 1-2 teaspoon of organic honey and 2 teaspoons of garlic powder. Mix well and drink. Take this before you go to sleep and continue until your condition improves.

To make a detox tea, you need to grab 2 tablespoons raw organic honey, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon green tea leaves and some lemon juice. Over medium-low heat, in a small saucepan, combine 1 cup water and garlic powder; then bring it to a boiland allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Next, steep the green tea bag for 3 minutes in the garlic tea. Discard the teabag and drink while warm. Sweeten with 1 teaspoon honey and add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
