GINGER TURMERIC TEA RECIPE BENEFITS:

Ginger- Ginger has anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties that helps treat sinus infection and soothes the respiratory tract.

Lemon juice- Lemon juice helps balance the natural micro flora of respiratory tract and also kills infectious microbes. It soothes the respiratory tract and treats and/or prevent sinus infection.

Turmeric- Turmeric has anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties that help treat sinus infection.

Things you need-

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 inch ginger sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

GINGER TURMERIC TEA RECIPE Directions-

In a cup, add hot water and add in ginger slices. Add in lemon juice and turmeric and stir.

Put a lid on the cup ad let it infuse for around 5 minutes. Do not strain, consume warm. You can throw away ginger slices after you are finished drinking.
