Things you need-
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of crushed pepper or pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon raw and organic honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Directions-
Place a saucepan on medium heat and add in milk.
Add in pepper powder, honey and cinnamon. Stir and let it come to a boil.
