RECIPE FOR GOLDEN MILK OVERNIGHT OATS:

Things you need-

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Sweetener as per taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder

Directions-

In a jar, add in oats and milk.

Add turmeric powder, sweetener, black pepper powder, cinnamon powder and ginger powder. Give it a good mix and secure the jar with a lid.

Let it infuse overnight and mix it well before consuming in the morning. Garnish with fresh fruits of you like.
