I love bath oils even in summers as they are light weight but keeps the skin moisturised for the whole day. I have dry body skin so I need something to apply on my skin in summers also. In hurry, bath oils make things easier as they spread easily and can be applied on full body in very little time. So today my pick is moisture replenishing bath & shower oil from Forest essentials.
Packaging– This bath oil comes in a transparent plastic bottle with a glossy golden cap attached to it. But the opening of the bottle is big-mouthed and though there is a stopper, you have to open it to take oil from the bottle. Packaging is definitely sturdy but not travel friendly as it is oil and tends to leak.
Smell, texture– it smells divine! Each Forest Essentials products smell great and this is not an exception. It smells like fresh rose and also lingers for some time after application. Texture wise it is very light and not at all sticky after using.
Performance– This oil is very light and absorbs into the skin very quickly making it glowy and radiant. My skin literally thanks me after using this as mine have dry body skin but heavy oils are not for summers. It can be used throughout the year. It has got such amazing ingredients in one bottle like sweet almond oil, cold pressed sunflower oil, avocado oil etc and it makes skin silky soft.
- Has amazing ingredients in it
- Makes skin soft silky
- Very light texture
- Spreads easily
- Doesn’t make skin sticky at all
- Smells very nice and the smells also lingers for some time
- Big opened mouth which leads to product wastage sometimes (though not a con of the product itself)
- Required a little more amount as this is too light in texture
RBS Rating- 5/5
Price- 1475 INR for 200 ml/ 475 INR for 50 ml
Recommendation– This is really the best bath oil I have used so far and I am very pleased by its result. It is free from any kind of harmful chemical and worth the price. It doesn’t contain any mineral oil which is the great con in normal bath oils. If you don’t mind spending some more money, get this.
