FOREST ESSENTIALS ULTRA RICH BODY LOTION INDIAN ROSE ABSOLUE REVIEW

by Debarati Ghosh

There are some brand whose brand name is enough to pick some stuffs from them blindly and Forest Essentials is definitely one of those brands! They are pricey but they are made from pure Ayurvedic ingredients. I have picked some product from same range to try them. So today I will share my experience with their ultra-rich body lotion in the variant Indian rose absolute.

FOREST ESSENTIALS ULTRA RICH BODY LOTION INDIAN ROSE ABSOLUE REVIEW

Packaging

Forest Essentials make such classy and royal looking packaging and yes I love them! They are quite simple but they definitely have an attractive factor in them. This ultra-rich body lotion comes in a transparent plastic bottle with a glossy golden cap attached to it. The screw open cap is tight and makes it travel friendly. Indian rose range has got a blue paper labelling on bottles.

Smell, texture, color

This body lotion is white in color which indicates no added color is present in that. It contains kokum butter, vitamin E, apricot kernel oil etc which make it rich but it also contains neem leaf extract to prevent skin infection. Though ingredients are quite rich, the lotion itself is very light and doesn’t feel heavy at all. It smells like rose and the smell lingers for some time.

Performance-

This body lotion gets absorbed into the skin very quickly and makes it really soft and supple. I am very happy after using this as my skin is softer than before. Also it is very light in nature so perfect for use in summers. In winters, dry skin would need more rich something over this one.

Pros-

  • Travel friendly packaging
  • Very light texture
  • Has got good ingredient list
  • Moisturises skin well
  • Smells divine
  • Smell lingers for some time after application
  • Heals dry skin

Cons-

  • Bit pricey
  • Availability though available in online easily

Price- 1075 INR for 200 ml
