Refreshing Green Drink:
The juice is antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and astrigent in nature. They detoxify your body, repair skin tissues, improve blood circulation and balance hormones. Consuming them regularly can give a noticeable improvement in your acne condition.
Ingredients:
- Spinach – Half cup
- Mint – 10-12 leaves
- Fennel seeds – 1 teaspoon
Method: Clean the spinach and mint leaves and blend well along with fennel seeds. Add required water. Serve chilled.
Clear Cucumber Cooler:
- Cucumber – 1 medium size
- Lemon – 1
- Mint – 10 fresh leaves
- ice cubes
Method: Peel the cucumber and extract juice from lemon. Blend all of them together, add required water and serve with icecubes.

Spicy Carrot Burst:
- Carrot – 3 medium size
- Ginger – a small piece
- Cinnamon powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Honey – 2 teaspoon
Method: Peel the carrots and ginger. Grate them finely and extract the juice using a sieve. Add sufficient water. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder and mix with two teaspoons of honey. Consume immediately.
Red Beet Blush:
If you have oily and acne prone skin, then beetroot juice is your best friend. The vegetable is rich skin enhancing properties and drinking a glass of it regularly is immensely beneficial.
Ingredients:
- Beetroot – 1 small
- Apple – 1
- Orange – 1
- Honey – 1 spoon
Method: Peel the beetroot and apple. Blend them finely. Extract juice from orange and add to the mix along with required water. Add a spoon of sugar and enjoy the drink.
