Burt’s Bees is extremely popular worldwide for its natural lip balm and I was curious to try them, hence picked up their Replenishing Lip Balm with Pomegranate Oil which I will review today. Read on to know if it’s worth the hype.

My Experience: The lip balm comes in a twist up tube packaging, the tube is yellow colored and has a red cap, it is very convenient and hygienic to use. It has a mild and fruity pomegranate smell to it which is hardly noticeable.
In the tube the balm looks quite pigmented and red colored, but it actually comes off almost clear with a very faint pinkish red tint to it which is barely noticeable when swiped hence it can easily be used under lip colors as a base.
It has a smooth and light texture that glides very easily on the lips instantly hydrating them. It does not feel waxy at all, I really like that this lip balm is not too glossy or slippery like some lip balms hence it’s perfect to use under matte lipsticks. It moisturizes my lips and softens them without feeling heavy and with regular use it has helped in curing the problem of dry chapped lips I have been facing recently. All thanks to the amazing natural ingredients like beeswax, pomegranate oil, sunflower oil, etc. The staying power of this lip balm is 3-4 hours even after that my lips do not feel dry and one can always reapply. It is definitely one of the best natural lip balms available and has quickly become a favorite of mine.

Recommendation: Burt’s Bees Replenishing Lip Balm with Pomegranate Oil has become a must have lip balm for me. It is completely natural, moisturizes my lips and cures dryness, what else can I want? I highly recommend it to everyone.
