Vinegar- Vinegar has great skin softening and sanitizing properties. It also has anti-inflammatory effects that soothe sore heels.

Things you need-
½ tablespoon white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
½ tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon salt
In a bowl, add salt followed by olive oil. Add in vinegar and give it a good mix.
Soak your feet in warm water for 30 minutes before using this scrub for best results. Do this before bedtime for best results.
