Apple cider vinegar deep cleans the hair and stimulates blood circulation to the hair follicles which encourages hair growth and preventing hair loss.
To make an ACV rinse, mix between 2 and 4 tablespoons of ACV with 1 cup of water in a squeeze bottle or spray bottle. You can also add few drops of lavender oil for fragrance and add shine to your hair.
After shampooing and thoroughly rinsing your hair, bend forward and slowly pour the mixture over the entire scalp. Massage the mixture into your scalp and leave it for 1 to 2 minutes before being rinsed off thoroughly. Avoiding contact with the eyes is recommended so as not to cause irritation. Repeat this process once a week for healthy hair growth.
Tips –
Use less vinegar if you have dry hair, or add few drops of hair oil to the mixture.
