DIY RYE FLOUR HAIR CLEANSER
Things that you need-
- Rye flour- 4 tbsp
- Lukewarm water- enough
Method-
- Strain the rye flour into a bowl and add water to it to get a semi-liquid, creamy texture.
- Mix the ingredients well and make sure there are no lumps present.
- Wet your hair and apply the rye flour paste generously on hair and scalp.
- Massage well and wait for 5 minutes.
- As you leave it on for 5 minutes, this hair cleanser acts as a hair mask, providing nourishment to the hair strands.
- Wash off with plenty of water.
- (optional) Use apple cider vinegar rinse for extra shine.
ADDITIONAL TIPS
- 4 tablespoons of rye flour works for shoulder-length hair. For longer hair or shorter hair, adjust the ingredients accordingly.
- If you have thick and curly hair, opt for full-grain rye. If you have fine hair, use rye flour with a finer grind.
