A sore throat is the result of an inflammation of the pharynx, the tube that extends from the back of the mouth to the oesophagus. Sore throats, while very common, can be painful and uncomfortable. Before making an appointment with a doctor, you can try some easy teas that will help alleviate the pain and, depending on the cause, possibly cure the problem.

Things you need-
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon
- 1 cup water
- dash of cinnamon
Directions-
In a cup, add water and honey. Add in lemon and cinnamon powder and stir well.
Consume warm in the morning and before bedtime to relieve sore throat.
