Things you need-
- 1 cup milk,
- 1/4 teaspoon of organic nutmeg powder,
- pinch of organic ginger powder.
- Organic honey as per taste
Pour 1 cup of milk in a vessel and bring it to boil. Put off the flame and pour it into a cup.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg powder and a pinch or dash of ginger powder and give it a very good mix. Add in honey as per taste and stir.
Consume warm before bedtime.
