Beautiful, healthy, naturally pinkish lips are the dream of every girl. Due to climate conditions and lifestyle habits, our lips become darker and dry. As much as we spend time on our facials, we also need to follow regular under eye treatments and lip treatments. Here, I will give you a step by step natural lip treatment which you can easily do at home to get healthy, pinkish lips.
Step 1: Lip cleanser:
Mix some olive oil and milk. Dip a cotton in the mix and use it remove your lipstick, lip gloss and other makeup. Wipe off the excess from your lips using a dry cotton.
Step 2: Lip scrub:
Take a spoon of brown sugar and mix with coconut oil. Scrub your lips gently with this mixture for a minute. You can also use a toothbrush for exfoliating. Wipe off with a cotton.
Step 3: Lip massage and exercise:
Regular lip massage and lip exercises will give you fuller and plumper lips. Take a scoop of butter and massage your lips with it in small circular motions. Exercise your lips by first smiling widely and then pucker your lips like kissing. Repeat 5 times. Rotate your lips from one side to another. Finally take an icecube and massage your lips for sometime with it.
Step 4: Lip pack:
Make a natural lip lightening pack using honey and lemon juice. You can lightly warm the honey before application. Cut out a small rectanglar wrap from a plastic sheet and cover your lips with it. The plastic will help to seal the pack and increase the effectiveness. Leave on for 20 minutes and then wash off.
Step 5: Lip color:
For a natural pinkish colour, make a paste of beetroots. Take a cotton ear bud, dip in the paste and keep rubbing it on lips for 5 minutes.
Step 6: Lip moisturizer:
Cut open a vitamin E capsule and apply on lips to seal the natural color and moisturize.
Follow this treatment twice a week. Within a month, you will get beautiful, healthy, nourished, pinkish lips.
Remember to use a lip balm containing SPF as sun exposure will darken your lips further.
