2 INGREDIENT – WHITE AND DARK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE RECIPE

Sweet dish is liked by all after of a special meal. I tried White and dark chocolate mousse with a nutty and crunchy flavor. Very few ingredients are required to make it and you get a delightful recipe worth eating and relishing is what you get. Try this out when there is a special occasion or you are inviting your guests. Here is the step by step procedure.

WHITE AND DARK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients:

  • White chocolate- 1 Cup
  • Dark chocolate : 1 Cup
  • Almonds: ½ Cup (optional)
  • Cookies: ½ Cup (optional)

Method

  1. Cut the white chocolate and dark chocolate  into small pieces.
  2. Chop the almonds and break the biscuits into small pieces.
  3. Melt the chocolates by using the double boiling method.  ( Take a big bowl, add some water to it and allow it to heat. Now take a small bowl and add the white chocolate pieces into it and keep stirring till the chocolate melts completely ).
  4. Pour the melted chocolate in a glass and allow it to cool.
  5. When white chocolate layer in the glass has cooled, add a layer of almonds to it.
  6. Now slowly add another layer of melted dark chocolate on it and allow it to cool.
  7. Next add the layer of biscuits on it.
  8. Keep it in fridge for few hours and serve chilled.
