Sweet dish is liked by all after of a special meal. I tried White and dark chocolate mousse with a nutty and crunchy flavor. Very few ingredients are required to make it and you get a delightful recipe worth eating and relishing is what you get. Try this out when there is a special occasion or you are inviting your guests. Here is the step by step procedure.
Ingredients:
- White chocolate- 1 Cup
- Dark chocolate : 1 Cup
- Almonds: ½ Cup (optional)
- Cookies: ½ Cup (optional)
Method
- Cut the white chocolate and dark chocolate into small pieces.
- Chop the almonds and break the biscuits into small pieces.
- Melt the chocolates by using the double boiling method. ( Take a big bowl, add some water to it and allow it to heat. Now take a small bowl and add the white chocolate pieces into it and keep stirring till the chocolate melts completely ).
- Pour the melted chocolate in a glass and allow it to cool.
- When white chocolate layer in the glass has cooled, add a layer of almonds to it.
- Now slowly add another layer of melted dark chocolate on it and allow it to cool.
- Next add the layer of biscuits on it.
- Keep it in fridge for few hours and serve chilled.
