How to prepare? Take 2 glass of water to boil. Add 4 bags of green tea, 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves, 1/2 cup chopped fresh Ginger and steam for 30 min. Now strain the solution to a large pitcher. Now add 1/2 cup lemon juice and 2 glass of water to it. Refrigerate until chilled.

How to prepare? Blend 1/2 cup of blueberries, raspberries,strawberries and kale. Add one table-spoon of yogurt or milk with 1 table-spoon of honey. Blend it nicely and strain the juice in a container. Refrigerate until chilled.
