RECIPE FOR SPICED BUTTERMILK:
Things you need-
- Handful mint leaves
- Handful parsley/coriander leaves
- About 10 medium sized garlic petals
- Pinch salt
- 2 small green chilies
Directions–
In a blender, add mint leaves, parsley/coriander and garlic.
Add in salt and green chilies and blend eberything into fine paste. Add in some water if required.
Add about 1 teaspoon of this to 1 glass of buttermilk.
Stir or blend and consume.
