There are many products available in the markets which claim to strengthen your hair but they contain chemicals so the results will not be permanent. Egg and Honey Recipe: Egg yolks are not only nutritious but they can also make your hair stronger. To prepare egg yolk recipe for your hair, beat one egg yolk and add yoghurt in it. Mix it well and now add 2 tbsp of honey and almond oil each. Apply this mixture on your scalp, roots and hair. Keep it for around 3-45 minutes and then rinse off with regular shampoo. You can skip using a conditioner as this recipe will make your hair smooth and silky. Use this every week to strengthen thin hairs.
Oil Mixture: Take coconut oil according to your hair-length. Now add 1 tbsp of castor oil and 1 tbsp of almond oil in it. After mixing all the oil’s, give yourself a nice oil-massage for around 30 minutes. Oil-massage helps in blood circulation which eventually strengthens hair roots. Castor oil also helps in hair-growth. Do this twice a week to get desired results.
Olive oil and lemon juice recipe: Take equal quantity of olive oil and lemon juice. Now mix them well and apply on your hair in tip-to-root direction. Orange juice is loaded with nutrients that nourish and strengthen hair. When combined with olive oil, this mixture will not only strengthen your hair but it will also keep them smooth and moisturized.
Banana and Honey: Take one ripe banana; mash it up to make a smooth paste. Now add 1 tbsp of honey and 3 tbsp of argan oil in the banana paste. Apply this mixture on your hair root to tip. Keep for half-an-hour and then wash off every bit of the mixture by using your regular shampoo.
Besides using these remedies, follow some quick tips too:
- Dry your hair naturally and avoid blow-drying them as much as possible.
- Don’t use chemicals or products that contain silicone.
- Always use a thick comb as thin comb can make your hair roots weak.
- Eat healthy and drink loads of water.
- Oil your hair two times a week and massage them in root to tip direction.
- Cleanse your hair completely so that no residue of dirt, chemical or sweat is left.
