Use banana as an all-natural, homemade facial mask that moisturizes your skin and leaves it looking softer and smoother. Mash up a medium-sized ripe banana along with honey into a smooth paste, then gently apply it to your face and neck. Let it set for 10 to 20 minutes, then rinse it off with cold water.
Coffee Body Scrub :
* 1tbsp freshly ground coffee
* 1tbsp oatmeal
* 3 tbsp honey
Mix ground coffee with oatmeal and honey for a best natural body scrub. The fresh beans have amazing anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, to smooth and soften the skin.
Sea salt soft hands and feet:
* 4 parts sea salt
* 1 part warm olive oil
Take a bucket of lukewarm water and add epsom salt. Let your feet rest in the solution for few mins. Gently exfoliate your feet with a mixture of sea salt and olive oil to get rid of the dead skin. When all is said and done your feet should be softer and more hydrated.
Buttermilk facial masque:
This facial mask exfoliates the skin and removes dry, dead skin cells so fresher, younger, moister ones can come to the fore. All you need to do is wet a face cloth or paper towel in cold buttermilk and lay it on your skin for about five – 10 minutes. Rinse gently, so some of lactic acid stays behind for a clear, glowing skin.
