Baking Soda:
Baking soda is a natural cleanser and has many benefits just not to hair, but also to skin. It is a substitute for shampoo. Purchase a pack of baking powder and store it in a dry container and place it in your bathroom.

Spray on your hair and allow it to stay there for 10 minutes. Rinse it off again with water. Follow this procedure whenever you have to wash your hair. This is toxin free and will not dry out your hair. The shampoos are chemical oriented and they will harm more than benefiting you.Your hair will yield results in few months if you opt for no shampooing.
This might be a tough decision as initially you may wish to give up in between. The first 3 months are the transition period and the tresses has to accept this change.
