The leather bags tend to look dirty due to the external environment and also the oil that the skin secretes makes it appear dull. It is advisable to clean the bag once in a week to reduce light soiling. Take 2 cups of warm water and add little mild soap to it. Stir it till you can see some bubbles. Take a piece of clean cloth and dip in it. Rub the wet cloth on your bag and clean the exterior completely. Take a dry cloth and just dab on it or allow it to dry naturally.

Interior Cleaning:
We are habituated of dumping things in our bags every now and then. The dirt can equally be piled up inside the bag as well. We tend to use it frequently which leads to the dirt. Empty your handbag, such that nothing is left out inside the bag. You can run a lint brush or vacuum hose with inner lining to collect all the dirt that has accumulated inside. Prior to that, you can just hang out bag upside down for the dust to naturally fall down. The last thing which you can do is take the warm water and soap mix (as described above) and wipe it in the interiors. Let it be completely dried off before replacing the contents.

Take 2 parts of linseed oil in a plastic bowl and one part of white vinegar to it. Stir it together. Take a clean cloth and dip in the liquid to clean our leather bag. Rub the cloth onto the leather bag in small circular motions and let it stay there for 15-20 minutes so that the leather absorbs the vinegar. Wipe the bag with a clean cloth till it dries.
