All you need is 3-4 dried chamomile flowers or use a chamomile tea bag and 1 cup water.

All you need is

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon
  • 1 cup water
  • dash of cinnamon

Method: Bring 8oz of water to a boil, pour into a cup. Add honey, lemon and dash of cinnamon. Sip slowly and throughout the day as often as you need to. Amazing remedies using honey water.

You need 2 cups hot water, 1-2 inch ginger sliced, 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 teaspoon turmeric.


Combine in a glass. Let stand for a few minutes, then sip.Sip slowly and re-warm as needed to get the full effects of the fumes. Let it sit in the back of your throat to bathe it. TEA FOR HEADACHE - Ginger Ginger is one of the most common herbal teas which is consumed as a home remedy for headaches.

You need 2 cups water, 1-inch piece ginger, peeled and sliced into rounds and 1-2 slices lemon (optional).

Method: Combine water, ginger, and lemon slices in small saucepan; bring to boil over high heat. Once mixture has come to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Pour tea into mug, discarding lemon and ginger. Add sweetener if desired.


TEA FOR COLD - GarlicGarlic is naturally anti-bacterial and antiviral. It fights the germs that cause the common cold while providing your body with anti-oxidants it needs to function properly.

All you need is 3 cups of water, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 3 cloves of garlic sliced and 1 tbsp raw honey (can add more or less to achieve desired sweetness).

Method:  In a large saucepan, bring 3 cups of water and 3 cloves of garlic to a boil. Turn off the heat when the water boils, and add 1 tbsp cup of honey and 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice. Strain and sip.


TEA FOR BLOATING - Peppermint tea  Peppermint tea is not only full of flavor, but it is also full of the compounds that help tackle abdominal bloating.

All you need is 1 tsp peppermint leaves, 1 tsp of fennel seeds, honey (as per taste), few drops lemon and 1 cup water.

Method: Steep peppermint leaves in hot water for 15 minutes along with fennel seeds and strain. Add in few drops of lemon juice and sweetener as per your choice.
