PARSLEY ROSEMARY HAIR TONIC – HAIR GROWTH
All you need is 2 tablespoons of crushed parsley seeds, half cup of chopped rosemary and enough water. Crush up 2 tablespoons of parsley seeds, and chop up enough rosemary to fill ½ cup. Bring several cups of water to a boil and then add the herbs, steeping for 20 minutes. Cool and strain the liquid, and then pour the rinse over your head and wrap in a warm towel for an hour. Do not rinse off, and allow hair to dry naturally.
BLACK TEA HAIR TONIC – REDUCE HAIR SHEDDING
Prepare an effective hair tonic by boiling a handful of black tea leaves in a cup of water and straining it after cooling down. Using it regularly on your hair will give you smooth and silky locks with added lustre.
FENUGREEK SEED MUSTARD HAIR TONIC – STRONG HAIR
Boil some fenugreek seeds in pure mustard oil. Turn off the heat once the seeds become blackish. Strain and cool down the concoction one by one. Improve the growth as well as overall health of your hair by using it regularly.
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR HAIR TONIC – SOFT HAIR
Pour a cup of apple cider vinegar in a jar and add a cup of water to it. Cover the jar and then shake it well so that both the ingredients get mixed. Your hair tonic is ready within no time. Take some and apply it on your head, massage it well, with the help of massage the tonic will spread all over and reach the roots. Let it soak for 5-10mins and then rinse it with cool or warm water.
HIBISCUS HAIR TONIC – HAIR LOSS
Take equal amounts of hibiscus flowers, hibiscus leaves, basil leaves and bay leaves and drop them into 3 to 4 cups of boiling water. Once the mixture becomes pinkish green in colour, take it out of the heat and cool it down. This hair tonic is extremely helpful in making hair healthy, strong and lustrous.
HORSETAIL HAIR TONIC – HAIR SHINE
All you need is a handful of horsetail and little water. Boil water in a pot and reduce the flame to simmer. Add horsetail to the simmering water and let it steep for 20 minutes. Strain the liquid and your hair tonic is ready! After shampooing pour the cooled liquid over your hair and wrap your head in a warm towel for 20 minutes before rinsing it out.
