1. TURMERIC COCONUT SMOOTHIE RECIPE
You need 1 cup frozen pineapple cubes, 1 cup coconut milk, 1-inch fresh turmeric or 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric, 1 banana and 1 tsp coconut oil. Blend until smooth. Add more juice or coconut milk as needed to thin. You may add ice cubes for a thick chilled texture.
2. TURMERIC SPICE SMOOTHIE
You need 1 cup coconut milk, 1 cup papaya, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp ground ginger. Blend everything together untill smooth. You may also add almond milk, yogurt and little honey, blend an consume chilled!
3. TURMERIC GOLDEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE
You need 1 banana, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 cup frozen mango, 1 tsp chia seeds and ¾ cup plain yogurt. Add all ingredients into the blender and pulse until smooth. Add little ice cubes for thick chilled texture before blending.
4. TURMERIC CARROT SMOOTHIE RECIPE
You need 1 large ripe banana, 1 cup fresh and sweet pineapple, 1/4 tsp ground turmeric, 1 cup (120 ml) carrot juice ( blend carrots with water to make carrot juice) and 1 cup almond milk. To the blender add smoothie ingredients and blend on high until creamy and smooth. Add more carrot juice or almond milk if it has trouble blending. Scrape down sides as needed. Taste and adjust flavours as needed, adding more banana or pineapple for sweetness, lemon for acidity, ginger for bite, and turmeric for warmth.
