Things you need-
- 1/2 cup rose water
- 1 teaspoon liquid illuminator
- 5 drops of vitamin e oil
Directions-
In a jar, add rose water and 1 teaspoon of your favorite liquid illuminator.
Add in few drops of your favorite facial oil and give it good stir.
Pour the solution in a spray bottle and use it on top of powder products/as a makeup setting pray and for an overall glow. you can also spray this on your body.
