Hair wash Regime: How frequently you have to wash your hair depends on what kind of hair you have. If you have a coarse or dry hair you need to wash your hair every second or third day. If your hair is oily and they look greasy even after the your hair wash then you need to wash your hair daily. In case your are blessed with the the normal hair then hair wash on the alternative days is enough.

Shampooing your hair in a right way: Before you start shampooing your hair make sure you comb or brush your hair to loosen the dirt and dead cells from your hair scalp. If your have a dry hair use hydrating shampoos and if you are having an oily hair or fine hair, use clear shampoo which are not creamy. Do not apply the shampoo directly on the hair, apply the diluted once as this can protect your hair from the chemicals present in the shampoo.

Hair conditioning regime: Before you pick up for the conditioner make sure what kind of hair texture you have. If you are having a dry hair, pick for the hydrating conditioner and apply it from your root to the tip of the hair. For the oily or fine hair make use of light weight conditioner and apply it on the hair root just apply it from the mid length to the ends. Once your apply conditioner let it sit on hair at least 5 min. Give a gentle massage with your hands and with the help of wide toothed comb start remove off the dirt and dead cells before you rinse it off with warm water.

Regular hair brush is the must: Add this one thing in the regular hair care routine. This will help to keep your hair tangle free and for evenly distribution of natural oils throughout your hair. Make sure you do not brush your hair when it is wet as this leads to hair break up.

Natural products for the hair care: Oil treatment is one of the best way to treat your hair to protect them all kind of damages. Twice in a week apply your favorite essential oil like coconut, almond which is know as best for the hair treatment and give a gentle massage. You can also take up the hot oil treatment. Just double heat the oil and apply on scalp with the help of cotton ball. Give a nice gentle massage for about 20 min and let the oil sit on the hair for about 30 min before your rinse it with warm water. To remove from the dandruff and scalp itchiness give a hair steam along with oil massage. This works great on the hair and you will also have a spa feeling and a relaxed day.

Scalp Treatment:

Regular massaging with oil improves circulation, removes dry, flaky skin and moisturizes the scalp resulting in healthy hair growth. Use herbs with natural oils to stimulate hair follicles for a healthy scalp. While shampooing your hair, massage your scalp for at-least few mins using your finger tips in small circular motion.

Clarifying shampoo:

To deep clean the scalp once a month use a homemade scrub to effectively cleanse the scalp. Mix 1 part of baking soda with 3 parts of water and rub it into your scalp. Let it sit for 2min  and rinse off.
Baking soda helps to strip dirt, oils, treat dry or itchy scalp and remove any product build up.

Hair Rinse:

Add softness and shine to your hair with natural hair rinse. Using a hair rinse leaves your scalp clean and healthy.
