CLEAN DIRTY TOILETS WITH BAKING SODA

Home cleaning is something that needs to be almost daily or every alternate day. How often do you clean the carpets? How often do you clean the window glass? These are some things you need to clean frequently while bathrooms and toilets need weekly cleaning. Toilet cleaners are usually toxic and they work more like bleach rather than cleaning it! Below is how you could use baking soda to clean toilets:

CLEAN DIRTY TOILETS WITH BAKING SODA

Baking soda bombs:

mix together 2 cups baking soda and ¼ cup Epsom salt and then slowly add 8-9 table spoons liquid dish detergent 1 table spoon at a time. Press this mixture into muffin tin slots or any moulds lined with silicone liners and let it dry overnight. While using, put one bomb in the toilet and cover it with approx. 4 cups of water. Flush and you are done! More: Unclogging a cogged toilet >>

Baking soda and vinegar cleaning:

Pour one cup of baking soda into the toilet bowl and then add in 1 cup of white vinegar. Wait for a few minutes for the reaction to happen; you should hear a fizzing sound. Once the fizzing stops pour a kettle of hot water into the bowl and flush after 15 minutes.

Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide spray:

Use a mixture of 1 cup hydrogen peroxide and 2 tablespoons of baking soda in a trigger-spray bottle to battle mold and mildew. Spray it on, let it sit 3 to 5 minutes, and it will kill the fungus. You can also use it to spray on the toilet pot 2-3 times a day just to keep it clean.
