Bread Potato Rolls are a snack for an evening time. It is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can have it with chutney or sauce of your choice. Serve it when it is hot. It is yummy !!
Ingredients:
- Bread – 4
- Potatoes – 2
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- Coriander leaves
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Method:
- Dip the bread slices in water and squeeze out the excess water and then add it to a bowl.
- Boil potatoes and mash them. Add the mashed potato to the bowl of bread.
- To the bowl add salt, chilli powder, coriander leaves and cumin powder. Mix well
- Shape them into cylindrical shape.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry until golden brown.
