When it comes to makeup removers Bioderma Sensibio H2O is one product that is immensely popular across the world. I was quite happy to see that it also available in India now and bought it immediately. After using it for a while here are my thoughts on it.
Product Claims: A mild yet highly effective cleanser Sensibio H20 comes from the makers of the best skincare products. Bioderma, through a miraculous formula has successfully created Sensibio H20 micelle solution. It effectively removes water based make up without being harsh on skin.
My Experience: Bioderma Sensibio H2O comes in a clear plastic bottle with a red flip cap which shuts securely, it has a small hole to dispense the product. It is also available in a smaller version while would be more ideal for travelling.
Bioderma Sensibio H2O can be used in many different ways, one of the best use being for removing makeup. It is a completely clear solution which exactly resembles water and has no fragrance at all to bother anyone. The texture is light and soothing, it does not feel greasy or sticky on the skin.
To use it I just soak a cotton pad with it and remove my makeup. It breaks down all the makeup very easily in a gentle manner. For really stubborn makeup like eyeliner, mascara and lip stains I need to go over two to three times but eventually everything comes off. The best thing is that it does not sting my eyes or cause any irriation.The solution is oil free and leaves no residue behind, as a result using a cleanser post removing makeup can be skipped. It is non-drying and removes all the makeup in gentle manner leaving skin smooth and refreshed.
