Apple Cider Vinegar For Beautiful Hair and Skin

Apple cider vinegar can help you get pretty from head to toe when used in your beauty routine.  It is very effective for treating pimples, acne, dandruff, dry hair and other beauty problems, making your skin and hair soft and shiny naturally.

Apple cider vinegar gets rid of any dullness, greasy hair and product build up  while being kind to the scalp by regulating it’s pH and helping with dandruff. Apple cider vinegar contains nutrients which make hair stronger, shinier and generally more healthy, giving your hair extra bounce back and shine. It also regulates the pH of the scalp so is good for those of you who get dandruff.

Hair mask:
Make an vinegar mask with egg. Eggs provides protein which is essential for your hair, to add nutrients and moisture to your hair.

  • A tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • Egg
  1. Beat egg and , apple cider vinegar in a bowl.
  2. Apply the mixture to the scalp, working from the roots to the ends of the hair.
  3. Let it sit for at least fifteen minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water.
  4. Wash with an organic shampoo.

Hair tonic:

To use, as a rinse by diluting 1 part vinegar to 2/3 parts water or just pour it in a bottle and spray it all over the hair after shampoo, massage it into the scalp for few mins and rinse off.

Don’t add a lot of apple cider vinegar as it can actually give a burning sensation on your scalp. You can use the ratio 1:2 of apple vinegar to water, if using the ingredient alone.

Apple cider vinegar helps clear the skin and prevent acne by deep cleaning the pores. This simple vinegar can help improve the overall complexion.Apple cider kills bacteria, helps balance skin pH, and absorbs excessive oil from the skin.

Face Toner:  Use it as a natural face toner. Apply to the skin using cotton swab and leave for five minutes then rinse off.  For all-over softness, add a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to your next bath.
