Below is a recipe for skin soothing after-sun spray you need to try-
BENEFITS:
Aloe gel- Has hydrating, softening, anti-inflammatory and skin calming properties. Soothes skin instantly.
Lavender oil- Calms down skin and reduces redness and inflammation.
RECIPE FOR AFTER-SUN SPRAY:
Things you need-
- 1 cup filtered water
- 3 tablespoons aloe vera gel (commercial and organic)
- 10 drops lavender oil
Directions-
In a jar or bowl, add water or rose water for added benefits.
Add in commercial aloe vera gel and stir until homogeneously mixed.
Add in lavender oil and stir.
Pour into a spray bottle and shake well before using.
Spray on exposed skin after sun-exposure. Massage it in.
