  1. Goat’s milk – 2 cups
  2. Raw honey – 1 cup
  3. Rose essential oils – 10 drops
  4. Almond oil – 1/3 cup

Directions

Mix both goat’s milk with raw honey in a small bowl. Add the mixture to your bathtub filled with warm water. While a lukewarm to warm water is most advisable, you can increase or decrease the temperature of your bath according to your needs. Engross yourself in the water at least for 20 minutes.

Mix in the rose essential oil and almond oil and soak for 20 more minutes for your skin to absorb the nutrients.
