Recipe 1: In a glass jar, add 10 drops of orange essential oil and 10 drops of geranium essential oil. Mix it well and store it in an amber dropper bottle. This blend creates a citrusy sweet fragrance in the room that calms down blood circulation and puts you to sleep soon. Make it in more quantity if you wish to store it and use whenever needed. Add it in witch hazel and use it as a pillow spray or add it in an essential oil diffuser.
Recipe 2: In a glass jar, add 10 drops of lavender essential oil and 10 drops of chamomile essential oil. Mix it well and store it in an amber dropper bottle. It soothes the senses and gives you the much needed sound sleep. Make it in more quantity if you wish to store it and use whenever needed. Add it in witch hazel and use it as a pillow spray or add it in an essential oil diffuser.
Recipe 3: In a glass jar, put 10 drops of vanilla essential oil and 10 drops of tangerine essential oil. Mix it well and store it in an amber dropper bottle. Or, you could also mix the ingredients in equal quantities to make a bigger batch if you wish to store it and use whenever needed. Add it in witch hazel and use it as a pillow spray or add it in an essential oil diffuser.
