Weight loss is a popular topic these days thanks to the introduction if junk food that has taken a toll on everybody’s health. Apple cider vinegar is a well-known weight loss ingredient and here is how you could use it along with benefits:

- Apple cider vinegar literally gets rid of the toxins from our body. As a result, the digestion and metabolism of our body become better.
- ACV helps to speed up the fat burning process in the body.
- When you add ACV to your diet, you naturally crave less and hence do not eat much.
- ACV controls the constant sugar spikes in the body which incidentally is the reason behind our constant need to eat in between the meals.
METHOD:
ACV GINGER DRINK: You need to first make ginger water- crush 1 inch ginger and add it to 1 cup water. Let it simmer on low flame for 15 minutes then turn off the flame. Let the ginger water cool down a bit for few minutes and add raw organic apple cider vinegar, honey and orange juice to it. Stir and consume.
ACV DETOX DRINK: You need to have this first thing in the morning as soon as you get up! Take 1 cup warm water in a cup and add in 1 teaspoon of raw organic apple cider vinegar and a pinch of cinnamon, give it a good stir. You can also add in honey if you want.
Caution –
- Don’t drink undiluted ACV.
- You can also drink the diluted apple cider vinegar with a straw to protect your tooth enamel.
