- 1/3 cup chopped amla fruit
- 1 cup water
Directions-
To make amla water, you need chopped amla fruits and water.
Put amla in a blender along with little water. Blend it until the water becomes milky.
Strain the mixture and separate amla residue from amla water. Your amla water is ready!
How to use: Use amla water as hair treatment after shampooing. Simply spray it on your scalp and hair and massage for few minutes. Tie a bun and let it sit for 5 minutes. Rinse off with water.
