After knowing charcoal benefits for skin, I always wanted to try out charcoal face mask, but could not get any commercially. I was very happy when I learnt Soulflower has a charcoal soap! MY TAKE ON SOULFLOWER CHARCOAL YOU SMELL GOOD BATH SOAP
Packaging: The soap comes wrapped in plastic film and a paper sheet with instructions and ingredients. Packaging is very simple and pretty.
Fragrance: The soap has an unusual smell which I cannot actually relate to anything. However the smell is, I did not like it. The fragrance vanishes once you are out of the bathroom so I don’t have much problem with it.
How I use and after-effects: I use the soap just like a usual soap- apply it all over and foam it up using loofah. The soap has a black coloured side which contains charcoal and a cream coloured side maybe containing other ingredients. The charcoal side is a bit rough which also provides exfoliation while you apply the soap on body. Skin instantly feels cool maybe due to mint in it. The cooling sensation goes away after the soap is washed off. Skin feels squeaky clean and soft to touch.
