CHEESE CUTLET RECIPE
Ingredients
- Bread slices: 2
- Paneer / cottage cheese (grated): 1
- Carrot (grated): 1
- Maida: 2 teaspoon
- Potatoes(Boiled): 2
- Coriander
- Salt to taste
- Oil
- Chilly powder: ½ teaspoon
Instructions
- Take bread slices and soak them in water. Squeeze the water out and then to the soaked bread, add paneer, carrot, boiled and mashed potatoes.
- Add coriander, salt and chilli powder. Mix well.
- Make cutlet out of it and Shallow fry them.
- You can also make a paste of maida with water. Dip the cutlets in this batter and then in some bread crumbs and deep fry it.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney.
