Things you will need:
- Fresh cream
- Condensed milk
- Choco chips (optional)
How to make:
Whip 1 cup of fresh cream in a bowl until it forms stiff peaks. The better you whip the cream, the better would be the texture of your ice cream.
Now add 1/3 cup of condensed milk to the whipped cream and whip once again until thoroughly mixed.
Add 1 to 1.5 tsp. of coffee powder to the mixture and continue whipping.
Pour the mixture into an airtight container and keep it in the deep freezer for minimum 5-6 hours.
Now your coffee ice-cream is ready. Scoop it out in ice-cream bowls and garnish with some choc-chips if you like.
