RECIPE FOR 2-INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
Things you need-
- ½ cup chocolate compound
- ½ cup whipping cream
- In a bowl, add chopped chocolate or chocolate chips and pour in hot whipping cream.
- Let it sit for a few minutes and mix it using a spatula.
- Toss it in the fridge for 30 minutes and whip it until it gets fluffier and lighter. For a thicker, darker and denser ganache, skip whipping.
