Skin Care:

 oil: It is important to exfoliate and moisturize the skin to protect it from being dry. Use a drop or two of avocado oil or almond oil in your moisturize to keep your skin warm and hydrated. Use a body moisturizer right after the shower while the skin is slightly damp to absorb moisture faster.

Sugar: Add a little brown sugar with your cleanser, face wash or body wash to exfoliate the skin gently for few mins. Rinse off with cold water, next massage your face and body with a small amount of coconut oil or moisturizer to increase circulation keeping your skin soft and supple.

Oatmeal: Sooth your skin and keep it hydrated with oatmeal.   Mix oatmeal with yogurt to make a paste, use it in circular motion to gently scrub the skin and get rid of dry itchy skin.
Spread the mask all over your face as a pack, let it sit for 15 mins and rinse with warm water.
While yogurt will natural exfoliate the skin, oatmeal will soothe any irritated skin keeping it soft and supple. The mask is also best recommended for acne prone skin.

Aloe vera: If the cold winter weather is causing dry skin or itchy scalp then one simple home remedy to battle winter dryness from head to toe is to use aloe vera. Aloe Vera is also the best natural remedy to treat Eczema. Massage pure aloe vera gel onto your scalp, also use it as a mask on your entire face and body, leave it on to dry and rinse off. The soothing properties of aloe Vera will calm any irritated skin, relieve dryness and also keep your skin and scalp moisturized and hydrated this winter.

Hair Care:

For dry, frizzy hair warm a little coconut oil and massage it into your scalp, finish it off with a hot towel hair steam to keep your hair soft and silky.

Lip Care:

Say bye bye to dry, cracked lips by using sweet almond oil. To keep your lips moisturized this winter apply sweet almond oil. Massaging your lips with almond oil gives you naturally pink, soft and smooth lips.

Use sugar and sweet almond oil to make a lip scrub, gentle scrub your lips in circular motion to get rid of any dry lips.Apply a thin layer of sweet almond oil on your lips and gently massage. You can also use it on your lips overnight to keep wake up to soft, moisturized lips.

Hand & Feet Care:

Cut a lemon in half, dip it into baking soda and exfoliate the hands and feet to get rid of dry skin. Massage a small amount of coconut oil on your hands and feet and slip into cotton gloves and socks to keep them soft and warm overnight.
