 HAVE RED MEAT, BUT IN MODERATION

People with iron deficiency suffer from anaemia. HAVE FOODS RICH IN BIOTIN

Because our bodies make their own biotin in the intestines, and it is plentiful in many common foods, deficiency is very rare. But in those few cases in which people are very ill and don’t have use of their intestines, biotin deficiency causes hair loss. INCREASE YOUR IRON INTAKE

You can increase your iron intake by eating dark green vegetables, whole grains, garden cress seeds or by adding iron supplements under supervision. Without enough iron, hair and its follicles are starved of oxygen, so add enough iron in your diet.

HAVE HEALTHY FATS

Fish rich in essential fats- omega-3 fatty acids are very beneficial for maintaining elasticity of your skin and healthy and strong hair. Omega-3 fatty acids are important fats our body cannot make itself, and therefore must be obtained through our diet. Salmon fish is the richest source of omega-3 fatty acid while there are other veg sources too like avocado, pumpkin seeds etc.

DRINK MORE WATER

Water is essential for your health. We all know water is good for skin, the same applies for hair. Moisture is what keeps hair healthy and in top condition.  Water is a medium that helps to eliminate all toxins, chemical wastes and other pollutants from the body, keeping your health in top condition including good skin and hair.

HAVE ALMONDS
